The Christian Service Center Medical-Legal Partnership (CSC-MLP) provides civil legal assistance to individuals receiving assistance at the Christian Service Center in an effort to improve their health by improving housing stability. Our advocates work closely with the staff and volunteers of the Christian Service Center and its many on campus partners to identify and provide consultations to guests who need legal assistance.
How do you get help through this program?
All guests of the Christian Service Center Orlando or Ocoee campuses are eligible to receive a referral to the CSC-MLP advocates for legal assistance that can reduce the risk of homelessness or help someone become more housing ready.
If you receive services from the Christian Service Center or one of their onsite partners, ask them to make a referral to the CSC-MLP.

We accomplish these goals by helping clients avoid evictions, obtain public benefits, increase their credit scores, and more. See below for examples of the types of cases we help with.
Our advocates assist with applying for public benefits such as Social Security, Medicaid, and SNAP (food stamps). We can also provide advice to those who have been denied benefits.
